Returns Policy
 

Your purchase should reach you safe and sound, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please let me know.


 

 

Online Purchases:
Contact me to cancel an order before shipping, and you will be refunded the full amount.

If an item has broken in transit, please send images and return the item to the address on the studio address on the shipping label, FAO Jon Williams.

If the purchase has already been shipped:

• Contact me within 14 calendar days to cancel/return your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Once the item is back in my possession, you will be issued a refund, or opt for a replacement piece. 

• As a small business, I cannot refund postage costs.
